Inverter appears ok but no output

We have a Sterling Pro Power Q quasi sine wave inverter (600w) on a boat we've just purchased.

It had no sign of life initially, so opened it up and saw that the 3 x 30 amp fuses were all blown, so figured that was the issue.

Replaced the fuses and now when we switch it on the little green "normal operation" light comes on. Great!

But we get no output from the inverter. Tried plugging iPhone charger into output socket on inverter (tried in both socket types) and get nothing.

Any ideas what's wrong?

You mean the wiring coming into the inverter? I get 12.5 volts across the terminals at the inverter. So it's getting power
