Re: Inverter/Charger & AC Bus

You know, SB1, you have been asked at least twice in this thread for the make and model of the I/C that you have questions about so that some real advice can be provided. You have not responded and take offense at being told to read the manual yourself.

You have posted on this forum over 13k times. Surely you must have gleaned how to properly phrase a question...or maybe not.

Let me get this right... you connected the INPUT AND the OUTPUT of the inverter/charger AND the output of the generator all to the same place???

Sailorboy, you really need to hire an electrician. "Do not ask if you don't want to know."

This is a good example of why I decided to refuse to post online advice about how to do AC wiring. It is dangerous, and it is virtually impossible to be sure that the many people reading it have the technical sophistication to understand all the nuances around your answers.

Re: Inverter/Charger & AC Bus

I'm surprised it does have a transfer switch. Even 30 year old IC sense incoming AC and bypass the inverter

Re: Inverter/Charger & AC Bus

For the third time, what make and model of inverter/charger have you installed. Or are you just trolling.

For the FIRST time, why does it matter to the original question (other than you want to answer some OTHER question)!!!! It's a Promariner 2000PS
