Isolation Transformer Choices

I am rewiring my Skookum 34 Pilothouse Cutter and need to make some choices.
At the moment I am working the AC wiring. We have a 120V 30A shore power. The AC circuits will drive a water heater and Inverter/Charger (about 3000watt Inverter).
I plan to put in a 30AMP sized Isolation Transformer to match the shore power inlet size and give us future expansion.

The Isolation Transformers I have decided to look at are the Victron and the MasterVolt.

If I stick with my 32Amp choice that leaves me with the Victron 3600 or the MasterVolt 7kW. They are about the same size but the MasterVolt is half the weight. Unfortunately the MasterVolt is also about 3x the price. (Local price for them is $696 for Victron 3600 and $2338 for MasterVolt Mass GI 7!!)

Our most important criteria (after reliability and usability which these both seem to have high marks on) is noise. We do not want to have any humming under load if possible. Evidently the MasterVolt uses high-frequency switch technology so no humming. I believe the Victron is a toroidal transformer.

Any real world experience out there with these transformers? I would like any feedback from anyone who has them installed. Would really like to hear if the Victron is quiet under load or not....
