Know of such a flexible solar panel attachment?

At the Minitransat I saw a very cool and light looking solar panel attachment on a pole [1, 2]. Does someone know what this is and/or where to buy it? Or maybe it's a DIY construction?

The boat parked next to us.
It's a super simple system and makes use of a windsurf style diabolo/power joint. Click image for larger version

Great, exactly what I was looking for! These rubber joints are not expensive and, I suppose, really strong. Many thanks for the tip!!
