If you have a mppt controller and the panels have a considerable difference in Vmp , then you will get some inefficiencies , though not large ones

I think Marine Warehouse has a store in Panama and they carry the panels you are looking for. I don't think it is a big deal if you mix and match as long as it is the same type of panel.
