LOW VOLTAGE ALARM ON LAGOON 450

Hello everyone,

I have a 2017 Lagoon 450S with 6 x 120A AGM batteries and 3 start batteries (2 engine, 1 genie) that are all factory installed. We bought the boat about 6 weeks ago and the solar panels, until this week, have kept all batteries topped off when at anchor or underway. Last week we connected to shore power and turn on the battery charger. Yesterday, we arrived to find low voltage alarms for engine (12.2) and auxiliary (12.1) batteries. The boat has 3 battery charges, Cristec 60A, 40A and 25A (genie). The factory installed Cristec 40A and 25A charges were both green, "floating" on the unit display. The Cristec 60A was flashing orange "boost" on the display. I started an engine, increased to 1400 RPM, and the same Cristec 60A changer changed to solid orange "absorption".

Why is the Cristec 60A charger on shore power NOT keeping the engine and auxiliary batteries fully charged?

Is the auxiliary battery the generator battery?

Thank you in advance for the help.

Don
