Magnum 230v 50HZ inverter 3 wire

I was given this inverter and want to check it out. Can I put United States 230v 60 HZ without the neutral and use it for testing with a resistive load.

You do know what an inverter is don't you? You put it on a battery and it puts out the high voltage alternating current. With yours, you'll get 230v and 0 volts, not 115v-0-115v. It will run motors that are rated for that though.

Magnum's larger inverters have a AC pass through and charger. I want to know if I can input United States 230v, 115v-115v, to this European inverter charger.

I have a large Magnum inverter/charger. Your best bet to get the right answer is to call Magnum. Their tech department is Excellent with a capital E.
