Mastervolt charger high voltage alarm

Hey guys, I have 2x mastervolt chargers on my Lagoon 500 -- they are going crazy reading i have 16v in the battery bank but when I test the bank manually its at 13v. The high voltage alarm keeps going off. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this issue? Do I just need to update software? Even at the terminals of the battery chargers it reads 13v.

where are you seeing 16v. on the charger sceen?
