Mastervolt Mass Combi inverter issue

We have a Mass Combi 12/2500-100 (120V) charger/inverter. I don't have electrical skills and this unit is supposed to be pretty simple. Recently its stopped inverting and I am hoping for a simple fix that I am overlooking.

The main unit shows green lights up and down including "Inverter"

My Masrtervolt Easyview monitor shows the inverter as "off". Click there, arrow key to "on". Hit save, which takes me back to the menu which shows off.

I have shutoff and restarted both units without luck. Any thoughts before I call a professional_

The power switch has three positions, off, on , and “ch”. “Ch” disables the inverter while providing shore power to the charger. Also, The easy view monitor is optional, I think, so maybe you could disconnect it to see if it is at fault.
