Mizzenmast turbine mount?

Hey guys does anyone know where I can get a reasonably priced mizzenmast wind turbine mount. I think the emarine mount is way overpriced in my opinion.

You could fabricate one following either the tubing route or the old flat aluminum wrap around "Kiss" style. However, between materials and machine shop time you probably won't save much unless you have the welding skills yourself...
