negative busbar 48v and 24v battery banks

Have installed 48v and 24v battery banks, can they share the same negative busbar ?

Yes, in fact they should be connected otherwise there is a high chance of stray currents and possible electrolysis.

Apart from the common ground the 12v and 24v circuits should be completely separate and switches, fuses and breakers for each circuit should be as if the other circuit did not exist.
