New battery bank wiring diagram advice.

Maybe.. is the answer.
Engine is pretty new and we have an exhaust fan in the room. But I have thought about it but it's not a priority yet.

I am still trying to come up with the best solution here.
I am stuck with a split battery bank. I can parallel all 3 12 volt sets and that will look a bit like what I have setup in the previouse drawing.
Below is another option which I prefer to do as it will reduce the wiring run buy a 3rd.
This option splits the bank into 2 but joins them using the main bus bars. Is there any real downside to this. I am aware of the reasons for wiring the + and - from either end of the paralleled sets.
Let me know if anyone can see any major downside to this setup?
