New ONAN genset 7.5kW MKDBJ: Error code 27: AC Voltage Sense Lost

Hi,

We have installed a new ONAN genset 7.5kW MKDBJ. When trying to start it it keeps sending error 27: AC Voltage Sense Lost

Basically it runs for 2-3 seconds. When the Kubota engine stabilizes in speed the genset shots down with this error code. The manual says: Contact Cummins - but I would still like to understand the root cause

Have any of you experienced this problem?
What is the solution?

Sounds like either the gen isnt producing power or it isn't able to sense the frequency of the voltage .

This was solved by Onan in less than 30min by replacing the sending component. All done under warranty
