New VictronConnect Message

Hello colleagues.
Greetings from S/V At First Sight, at anchor Cala Roig, Ibiza.

I’ve become addicted to checking solar performance of our 4 Solbian panels individually regulated by their own Victron 75/15 MPPT controllers, and battery state of charge (SoC) from the Victron SmartBMV 712.

Yesterday and today, I’ve read “namn” under Time Remaining for the battery life, whereas heretofore there has always been a discreet time in day, hours, and/or minutes, or the word “Infinite” if and when solar charging exceeds battery load and the SoC is increasing. See attached screenshot.

I’ve never seen “namn” until now, and I can’t find it in any manuals or by Googling it. Has anyone in this august group seen “namn” with respect to time remaining, or any suggestions about its meaning? Our system is otherwise working exceptionally well.

Thank you.

Re: New VictronConnect Message

That's some kind of error.

nanm = "not a number" minutes

Re: New VictronConnect Message

Thanks, Paul, I think.
I hope it’s not an indication of an impending equipment casualty. Everything seems to be working well otherwise.
We’re running the genset now and Time Remaining on SoC is Infinite, appropriately.

Re: New VictronConnect Message

Per some Victron heavies, it indicates the value is not available either because charging is ongoing or the BMV 712 has not been synchronized.
