Northern Lights Intake Hose/Silencer

Greetings
I have a Northern Lights 6 KW generator which has a loud intake roar, even though it's in a lined engine compartment it's annoyingly loud.
A year or two ago I replaced the rear main seal and crank sleeve on an identical generator that had the original intake/silencer hose, unfortunately I did not measure it's length, the boat has been sold so I have no way to contact the present owner The length of the hose is important since its length is tuned to the speed of the motor to match the intake pressure waves and negate them. It works very well and reduces the roar of the intake to a whisper.
When I tried to buy one new recently I found I could not source one, but a dealer rep suggested I use a piece of hose the same diameter and length to get the same effect.
Does anyone out their have a similarly equipped M673 Northern Lights Generator? If so, could you measure the length of the intake/silencer hose?
