Oooold Air - Something wind turbine.

Hi.
I have a 1999 model 24v Air-Something wind generator/turbine.
I am looking for a manual.
Currently doing it's 3rd overhaul, and new bearings etc, but the diode on the non populated side of the PCB is blown. With a microscope was able to read 6B1 which is a Zener diode. Looking for information, schematic, manual, photos, anything that will help me keep this geriatric item running.

The date written in marker pen is 14 November 1999.

Any help appreciated.

Could be a 303, Here is a photo of the PCB and the diode that leaked the magic smoke.
Looking for identification and information or manual.
