Overall best wind generator to buy
Looking for the best overall performance wind generator to buy for offshore cruising. Price really does not concern me. But I am looking to buy something that is very quiet. Been looking at West Marine and not happy with their selection. Any suggestions?

D400's are getting very popular. Also the most expensive. Very quiet, top output.

I'm a fan of the Aerogen 6.. these Are really quiet..
Aerogen 6, Weekly output (at 12 knots) 12v model.. 670Ah.. 15.14kg

Superwind are very quiet and supposedly pretty much vibration free.

If money is not an issue then the SuperWind 350 is the quietest wind generator and the most ruggedly built. These are used on offshore commercial projects.
