Paguro 6000

Help! I bought this brand new Paguro 6000 sourced feom Mastry Marine in St Petersburg about two years ago. It has less than 50 hours on it because it won’t work consistently.
I spent $11,000 to purchase and install and have since spent $5000 to keep repairing. Less than 50 hours!

It will start but will die almost like it isn’t getting fuel. The warning is that it is oil overheating. I think it is a faulty sensor, I am told if I bypass could ruin engine. My thought is who cares , it wont run anyway.

I had a Nextgen , 14 yr old generator that up until it died would run my air conditioning for days!

Any thoughts? I am seriously thinking of just buying a Nextgen and taking the loss.

Yes, buy the “Nextgen” and cut your losses with the Paguro.
