Phoenix inverter problems

I have a Phoenix multiples 12/2500/120 inverter. When on shore power inverter lights are on but when disconnected from shore power nothing on or working. When running engine, inverter also does not work. Alternators are fine. I am puzzled. I would appreciate any help.

Very hard to diagnose without more information. A few questions

1. Did it work before and now it has stopped working. If yes go to 2. If no, go to 5.

2. Have you changed anything else at all in the system like new batteries, new wiring, new charger, new anything? If yes go to 3. If no go to 4.

3. Did the inverter quit working right after the change? If yes, then go back and check everything that was changed. If no go to 4.

4. Check all wiring and connections for loose screws, corrosion, etc. Check voltage at all points in the system under load. If all voltage checks out then come back to the forum with more information and more questions.

5. Is this a brand new installation? Is it installed correctly? Did you read the manual and follow the instructions? If no go back and do over. If yes then come back to the forum with more questions and information.
