Replacement GenSet for Panda FP4200 in a Catalina

I have a Catalina 445 with a Panda FP4200 that no longer produces AC. I am looking for a replacement that will fit in the current location (port stern lazaret). This is a very tight fit for the current model and there is not much room to increase the footprint. Looking for suggestions on what Manufacturer might have a reliable model that will fit.

Would entertain cutting an access hole in the flex room if needed for maintenance tasks.

Getting a different genset into the space is only the start. Then you find that all the connections are in the wrong places. In addition, Catalina may have designed the space to fit the FP genset.

I replaced a 4.2kw panda with a WhisperPower Piccolo 5, which fitted in the same (tight) space.

Thanks. I agree, tight spaces and predefined routing would make using a different manufacturer difficult.
