Rutland 913 wind generator

Hello, I have 2 Rutland 913 units on the stern of our 42ft. boat. They have been a little noise so I got some new bearings for them! Now I am in the middle of tearing them down and I can't get the front magnet cover off the bearing. I can not pull the stator and bearing out.
Has anyone had these apart and can give me any advice? Also I have the brushes out and they are still 3/4 of an inch long I think they still have a lot of use in them. Also can you tell me how you got the bearings off the shaft?
I have added some photos of my job.

Thank you, Dean
