Seeking Yacht Controller first-hand experience

Is anyone using a Yacht Controller remote control for their boat? I'm considering configuring a boat with one of these in place of wing stations. I really like the concept of a roving wing station, and the ability to nudge the boat forward/aft from the bow while retrieving/setting and anchor. But reliability is paramount. If it's not rock solid, I got no use for it.

Anyone using one of these? How does it work in practice?

Thanks,

Peter

Re: Seeking Yacht Controller first-hand experience

I have one on my 55" power boat and I could not do without it when docking or doing anchor tasks. It allows me to do things without any help. I've never had a problem with it.

Thanks. Anyone else? They claim to have thousands of them in service.
