Shore power adaptors North American to EU

Are there any pigtail type adapters for plugging an EU three pin style shore power cable into a US/North American shore power outlet?

Going to be lifting out soon and will need extensive use of my sander. My plan is to plug in my battery charger that has automatic 110v / 230v switching, and then use my inverter to power the sander.

I'm aware that the cables on US corders are probably thicker to deal with higher current (though the current for a ROS is very low), and that I'll need to double check the ratings on my breakers, but is there anything else I should be aware of?
