Since Bebi Is Out Of Business

So Bebi is apparently out of buisness due to instability with the government of Fiji. Has anyone recreated their design? It doesn't seem to be complicated once you find sources. I only have 1 of their lights left and I'm not willing to tear it down, was hoping someone else already had..
