SMART Lithium Batteries

In February I ordered 5 SMART lithium batteries and a Mastervolt smart charger from SMART Batteries International. Our boat was in Greece.
I did a money transfer for over $6000 USD as they did not have Paypal or card payment available.
A sailing friend in Florida sent me a forum in late February advising considerable complaints against this company in the USA.
I cancelled the order in early March and requested my money back.
It is now November and I still have not received my money despite numerous phone calls and emails (mostly ignored).
I have also engaged the Florida Better business bureau to approach the company. No luck!
I have subsequently replaced our batteries with Lifeline AGM batteries from the USA. This time no problems with delivery or payment (credit card).The batteries will get us back to Australia as we got 7 years from our last set of Life line AGM batteries and these are performing very well.
