Solar Renogy

I am thinking of installing some solar panels and have seen the complete kits on e-bay for 500.
Has anyone had experience with this Brand ??
Thanks in advance for any advice

Re: Solar Renogy

Don't have any knowledge of the kits. I installed two 250w panels about a year ago and they have worked great. I also used the Renogy Solar Controller.

Re: Solar Renogy

We installed 2 Renogy 100 watt panels 4 years ago. They worked great. In fact so good we added another two for a total of 400 watts. All controlled by a Morningstar PWM controller. It is not uncommon to see 15 amps during the day charging (if the batteries need it). When the sun is directly overhead it will hit 20 amps.

The panels still look like new and perform like new. I cannot speak for the flexible panels, but the rigid ones do just fine. Pretty sure they are $125 each with free shipping on eBay.

Good luck!
