Yeah, ours has one, also called a Thermostart I believe. It draws about 10 amps. Ours is plumbed to the top of the final fuel filter. It works well in winter

Our starter switch did fail and the replacement could have handled the ten amps but I used a relay instead, less resistance closer to the engine.
