Switchboard of a Westerly 38OR

Dear friends,
I realy need your help! I habe a Westerly 38OR. I have some questions to the original switchboard of the boat.


Background of the further questions are, that I have problems with the forward position lights at the bow sprit. I have no more current forward.
I look for the reason why I have no current for the both position lights forward my bow. It can be, that the cable is brocken at any point (cut of) But it can also be that I have a short circuit.
Due to that problem let me know the function of the switchboard. One of the switches is to switch on the position lights. You push the switch in and the lights will shining at the bow and astern.

Is backward to that switch a built in fuse, so if you have for example a short circuit in your cable, the switch comes automatically out?
