T5 Fixture replacement (LED)

Right now the new boat I bought has fluorescent T5 fixtures, they hold 3 8w bulbs. I would like to replace these with LED, however every one I've tried is that bright white cool color. I just bought an Aqua Signal and but it's not a pleasant light.

I'm not looking to use the same fixture and replace it with LED's that fit in the current one, I'm looking for an entire fixture the same size, that's LED & warm white. Any suggestions?

I've thought about this one LED lighting, soundproof, Sailor's Solutions Inc.

Looks like a neat fixture. I could not find the kelvin for it. Look for something in the 2700 k rating that normally imitates the incandescent some folk like. I usually go for 3500 k as it seems to illuminate better. My skin looks better at 2700 k but I see better using higher kelvin lamps.

Re: T5 Fixture replacement (LED)

I purchased a bunch of 24" T8 led tubes on Ebay to replace fluorescent tubes in our apartment common hall lights. It did involve removing the ballasts. Just have to pay attention to what it is you purchase because the tubes come in at least 3 different flavors; white, soft white along with tubes that have the individual led's visible when powered. The individual replacement tubes are inexpensive.

Heck, they are sooo nice, come creep stole one right off the wall fixture. Scum can be found everywhere
