Trouble with Edecoa inverter

Hi, I just bought an Edecoa 3500 (US) 120vac Inverter.

I installed it, and everything seems to be working with one issue. When I run on inverter ALL the GFCI outlets on the boat trip.

I isolated the Neutral, and hot on a double pole 3 way switch. One side connects the hot & Neutral to the Shore power Hot & Neutral, and the GFCI outlets, and all electrical appliances work normally.

The other pole connects to the Inverter Hot & Neutral.

The outlet grounds are tied to the Boat ground bus, as is the inverter ground.

If I disconnect from the boat wiring, and plug into the inverter plug socket with an extension cord, everything works.
