Do I try to get teak ply and make a plug and match or revarnish? Do I cover up with pieces of thin starboard, lexan, solid teak?
I had the same problem when I replaced DC panel... size of new panel didn't cover all the holes of 4 small panels. I cut a piece of 1/4" plexiglass big enough to cover all the holes and then cut out a hole just the right size for new panel. I painted back side of plexi with black spray paint and it makes the front side look very cool... high gloss black. See pics:

I had a hiccup with post #15 -Sobraon- link. opening tabs like a machine gun -84- before I shut browser down.
I'm computer challenged. Did anyone else have any experiences or should I just mind my own business in the future?

Worked fine for me - just wanted to run an add-on (which I declined)

Mike I hope it was just a hiccup. Our web site www.sobroan.com is admistered by Talkspot. Ken Willliams (a fellow cruiser) owns the company and it has been very reliable and boater friendly. Send me a PM if you have a problem so that I can forward it to Ken.
