at home i have close substation 3x40 MW but i need battery charger and have couple i is 2A second 20A i can charge max on an almost empty battery 15-16A

on boat i have Victron 30A for lithium he pump in CC 15 or 30A

what is power of your charger, not AC source? the source is irrelevant if is bigger of charger .

if i understand you ask for VSR 24v. what is the power of your AC/DC 24v charger, not AC source?
this is my source 100 Kva
