wiring in the solar controller?

I realize this might have been covered before..

not worried about getting the power from the panel to the controllers.

thinking about connecting the solar controller-battery connection to the xantrex(120v) charger out..(the batteries) 3 banks. but only 2 banks of solar(mainly for the house banks). I have switches if the engine start is weak that tie it to the house, both house banks if needed. could also change the switches to keep the engine start charged..

wondering should I bother connection the boat's 12v load system to the solar controllers output(the load side, not the battery)? or just not bother. other than this would allow the solar controllers to monitor the AH consumed VS AH added every day.

planned solar setup 2 banks 400w into 2 MPPT controllers.
