Wiring LED strip lights for interior cabins

Hello all,

Rookie question here... my Morgan 323 has four pretty ugly under trim lights installed all of which run back to the same breaker on the circuit panel. I want put in LED strip lights with a dimmer switch as a cheap upgrade. Can I pull the old lights and use existing wiring/switch? If not and more generally, how do I go about adding a new breaker on a panel that doesn't have any empty switches?

Also, does anyone have recommendations for LED strip lighting products? Want to get something that will make the cabin look really nice! Thanks!
