Winning 50% off a set of the firefly batteries would be perfect timing. I suspected my lead/acid batteries were about toast so I installed a Xantrex battery monitor and after a few cycles it’s pretty clear ther are way down on capacity. I’ll be buying batteries soon regardless but winning sure would help the kitty.

Would like to upgrade from our PWM controller as I'm frightened it will blow up. The higher efficiency of MPPT + programmable would be real good as well. Maybe I wouldn't have to shift the panels so much & have more beer drinking time

I’m in the process of rebuilding a 30 ft bene and I am impressed with all that Ocean Planet Energy has to offer. But if I had to narrow it down to just one item I think it would have to be these firefly batteries. Being able to run them down past 50 % and still bring them back is a real game changer. It gives more useable amp hours within the half the footprint of other batteries. Put me in for the 50% off! I might even consider going with electric propulsion.
