Specific to marine weather, StarPath has an excellent marine weather course.

Re: Free online weather course

And another one just started, videos in spanish with subtitles. So brush up on your Spanish and learn some weather at the same time

https://www.coursera.org/learn/meteorology

Really enjoyed the first linked course, helped a lot visualising the 3d behavior of fronts & thunderstorms & the weather in general. Slight drift, but anyone have their own weather web page?

This one kind of got cobbled together along the way >
My weather page
, can be done free quite easily on https://www.pythonanywhere.com/

Must get round to doing a better job, the gefs-spag for 500mB is interesting to hopefully get a handle on the potential accuracy of the other models, maybe..
https://mag.ncep.noaa.gov/model-guidance-model-area.php
Try Atlantic/gefs-spag & 500 522 564 ht.

Usually 5 days ahead the different runs are close together, but past few days they've been all over the place for 5 days ahead >

This did actually flag up a little low forming over Morocco resulting in high winds around the Gib straits which didn't show up on the synoptics or gribs for a day or so, or at least I didn't notice if they did which is sort of the same thing

Anyone else have their own weather web page?
