iridium help

Hello,
iridium support is of no help.
How does someone call me on my iridium go?
I have tried the iridium number, also w/added +1 international, and nothing!
The texting works fine.
Do all callers have to down load iridium ap to call me?

Iridium country code is not +1 (which is not "international", but rather, the U.S. and Canada).


It's either +8816 or +8817
