RTL SSB

I've successfully used a software utility RTL to tune, and receive Low band SSB weatherfax signals as an audio file.

Now what?

IS there a utility that decodes these files as a fax image?

What would be cool is a program that can connect with the USB RTL receiver with the correct driver, and decode the RTL signal, AND display it in real time.
