French Canals- Le Harve to Med
Any body done this trip? Experiences, best guide books? I'm taking 32 foot sailboat with 4.8 foot draft. Mast will be unstepped in Rouen? Any information would be very helpful, must have gear, places to stop or sources of information. As far as I know as an American I do not need a certificate of competency? Any other paperwork or permits that would be required?
