Leopard 42 from 2001 Info needed

Hello Leopard sailors!
After 10 years on a monohoul we desided to TRY to join your team!
My captain is visiting a Leopard 42 from 2001 next week in a not brilliant condition apparently (very poor maintainance)...
So, any advise and experience rerurn is more than very Welcome!!!
Phhhuuuu... It was easier to bye a boat when we was ignorant dreamers 12 years ago... 😂😂😂
