The Leopard is pretty good and didn't hardly slam at all. All cats at some time will come in contact with a wave but generally the Leopard is pretty good compared with some. There is nothing worse than a cat with low clearance as it jars your whole body and is bloody uncomfortable.
I can't comment on the Salina as the sea was like glass when we went out and it was a stripped out show boat with hardly any options on.
