Leopard 39: Manufacturing Process

Hey all, looking at purchasing a Leopard 39 and my surveyor sent me a link to the following article:

Was wondering if anyone knew if Leopard used resin-infusion for their 39 series? The article seems to be largely shock factor. That particular boat definitely has a problem, but after some googling I haven't been able to find any threads or articles with other Leopards having the same issue.

Is this something we should be worried about and worth paying for a thermal camera inspection for?
