Yes, but when the money transfers to their bank account, it is converted to ZAR. They all know this, so when the exchange rate changes, the price in USD changes as well.

In other words, the boat is valued at XXX,XXX ZAR, when the exchange rate changes and the ZAR goes down compared to the USD, the price in USD goes down.
