Needs new home for minimal cost - $14999

Bunches of new stuff -
2022
- mainsheet traveller car
- batteries
- new packing gland
- 2023
- port-side window-seal
- new halyards for jib and main
- some standing rigging
- new heat exchanger
- new transmission
- deck repair under port aft fairlead track

I want a bigger boat!
