A 1976 CT Ketch located in Newport, Oregon at the Embarcadero Marina. A great project boat priced to sell, as is. The last two photos are Renaissance at her best 12 years ago. All the other photos are current. Needs lots of cosmetic work. Surveyed at $46,000 in 2014. 41' but 51' with the bow sprit. I have lived aboard since 2010. I am 68 and can't maintain. Some rot at stay plates couldn't hold in high winds, so missen mast lost in 2019. Hauled out with bottom cleaned and painted. Isuzu 65 hp diesel engine, transmission good. Needs Missen and probably Main mast replaced. Bow sprit has some rot. The interior is teak with lots of port lights. Cleaning her up now. Thick fiberglass hull. Teak deck replaced years ago, still some leaks.
