1978 Cal 25-2, Lady Grace, for sale by owner. Very excellent condition, well maintained. Hauled and surveyed in 2022 not long before the current owner bought it. Survey available. Monthly bottom cleaning by current and former owner. 12 HP Tohatsu long shaft motor (electric start and lift) in perfect condition, recent full service. Sail complement is main and 135% furling jib, in good condition, not blown out. Sail cover, custom deck cover etc.

Currently at Ventura Harbor, Ventura California.
