1978 Lancer 25 mk. IV Central Arkansas

I'm selling my 1978 Lancer 25; asking $2200 US. I've had her for a little over a year, and I just can't justify the slip fees when I don't get out on it any more often than I do. The previous owner bought her as a learning boat, and I did the same. I'm hoping she can find another novice or even a permanent home; I just hate to see her sitting up in the driveway not getting used. She's only ever been kept in fresh water, but she could use a hull scrubbing before being launched again.

Based on the designs I've found online, I'm pretty sure it's a Mark IV (Sailrite - Fabric, Canvas, and Sewing Machines Since 1969). This boat was one of the original 'trailer sailors' that opened up the world of sailing to middle-income families with limited experience and access to the water. I pull it behind an F-150 Lariat with a v8; I wouldn't try to pull it with anything much smaller, and I definitely wouldn't launch or retrieve it with anything less.

Boat Specs, per sailrite.com:
LOA: 24'8"
LWL: 20'1"
Beam: 8'
Draft: 3'
Displacement: 3600#
Ballast: 1300# (self-righting to ~120 degrees, so if you lay her down, she'll get back up)

Included Equipment:
1 Main sail, looks original to the boat. I replaced the batten pockets last year.
1 Large head sail, not original to the boat. It looks like it's probably ~120%. I patched several holes last year.
1 Small head sail, not original to the boat. This one is somewhere between a 70% and a 90%. No patchwork has been needed.
2 Bumpers, all I've ever needed if she's tied up correctly
Swim Ladder
Life Jackets
VHF, the antenna housing is broken, but the antenna itself works fine, just needs to be taped up.
Marine Head. I was told this works by the previous owner, but I've never tested it.
1 Fluke Anchor with around 30' of chain and another 100' of rope.
1 900W Inverter
1 12V Battery, I believe it's a deep cycle marine
1 battery charger with quick and trickle options
9.9hp Evinrude, I believe from the same year as the boat. I de-winterized it last week, and it cranked up fine.
Complete rigging, with extra lines and sheets.
Cushions for interior seats, settee, and aft births
Various cans of spare paint, wax, etc. She had a complete bottom job about 3 years ago.
Trailer has new wheels/tires with one spare wheel/tire. Also has a new dolly jack on the front. It had surge brakes at some point in its life, but they're long past functional.

Larger images included here in addition to attached since it won't let me post without the attachments.
