1980 C&C landfall 38'
My husband received a new job in Washington and we're looking to sell our sailboat! Located in Marathon in the Florida keys, she's a racer/cruiser and she's fast too. Extra mainsail and spinnaker, radar & GPS from Garmin, rigged for solo sailing, sailed it from west palm myself. Autopilot, 140gal freshwater 40 gall blackwater + new sanitation piping, ac generator and new fridge, lots of work done in the past couple years of us owning her. Engine needs some help and as the hubby has gone to work, I can't fix it myself. Lithium batteries of over 200 Amp hours just added, lots of extras I'll be glad to show off. Wanting to sell this boat fast! So please offer what you've got!

Hello! Im interested in your landfall. Couple questions?
Last time out of the water? Bottom Job?
Recent Survey?
Any soft spots? Deck, Etc.
Engine? Do you know what's wrong with it?
Is this morning transferable or are you just on the hook?
Im in Atlanta so any pictures you have would be greatly appreciated.

If possible, I would like to know the length of the settee's and berths as I am 6ft 4.

The v berth is 6ft long, the other berth is 5' 6" and the settees are 7ft long
