For Sale: 1984 Hunter 31

Sandusky Harbor Marina, Lake Erie
Sails well but will need new sails.
Yanmar 2GM runs well.
Has all the foibles of a 1984 Hunter 31 (such as steel keel with rust spots that come out every year).
Some rotten interior wood has been replaced.
Water seeps in through the wire conduit at the base of the mast.
I recently resealed it.
New Hella anchor light.
Some plumbing lines replaced.
Everything works except the steaming light and the original sounder.
I use a Garmin chart plotter.
