This sailboat is in excellent condition and a joy to sail. Fresh water boat since '92. She makes a great coastal and weekend cruiser. Serenity's galley is equipped with a 15 gallon water tank">fresh water tank, an electric pump for water pressure, and a deep sink. The galley also has a fully functioning 2 burner non-pressurized Origo alcohol stove that looks like it is brand new. She has a separate head compartment with privacy door that holds a porti-potty. The forward berth makes a comfortable sleeping area. I have added a removable, hinged and storable berth extension that allows a person over 6' tall to easily sleep with his first mate very comfortably. She is powered by a very reliable 15 HP Johnson 2 cycle outboard that has never failed me. Serenity is sailed weekly and impeccably maintained. No Leaks and a dry bilge

Includes mast raising gin pole system. Mast can be easily raised and lowered in less than an hour. The boat is easy to launch and retrieve. Serenity is a great weekend or longer get away sailboat. Total towing weight is approximately 4700 lbs and it tows easily.

The trailer is in very good shape. New hydraulic break pads, all new tires with a spare, the wheel bearings have been recently inspected and repacked (Fall 2018) that also have bearing buddies. All trailer lights work.
